I am 6'3" and I ordered the Lg (which is a size down from my usual size) in 36" inseam and I am pleased with the length and fit. I usually wear XL or Sz 14 and a 37" or 38" inseam. The waist is a little loose but I don't think that the Med would have been a better fit throughout... See more

They fit on the looser side in the legs and butt, but are snug around the middle. I tried the XL too, but liked the feel and look of the looser fit.
