How do your sizes run?

Each of our products have a garment measurements/size guide pull down menu right above the size selection. These measurements are the garments laying flat and the size ranges are the recommended sizes for that garment. Make sure and read the product description to see if the garment stretches or not. Most of our jeans stretch and women have said they sized down from their normal recommended sizes because of it. We offer pull down menus below the "add to cart" button. What inseam do I need to buy?

**Choosing the Right Inseam Length for Your Pant Style**

- Inseam length is the measurement from the crotch to the hem of the pant leg. It plays a crucial role in determining the overall fit of your pants.

**2. How do I measure my inseam?**
- Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the pant leg for an accurate inseam measurement. It's best to do this while wearing the shoes you intend to pair with the pants.

**3. What inseam length should I choose for skinny or straight-leg pants?**
- For skinny or straight-leg pants, opt for an inseam length that reaches the top of your shoe or slightly covers it. This creates a clean and tailored look without excess fabric bunching at the bottom.

**4. What about bootcut or flared pants?**
- With bootcut or flared pants, consider an inseam that reaches the floor, covering the top of your shoe. This style allows the pant to gracefully drape over your footwear, enhancing the overall silhouette.

**5.What inseam length do I need for joggers?**
- Joggers are supposed to hit you at your ankle, so if you usually wear a 37" or 38" inseam in flare or pants that should hit the floor, you will need a 36" inseam for your joggers. If you normally wear a 35" or 36" inseam for pants that are supposed to hit the floor, then a 34" jogger would be great for you. 

**6. Are there specific inseam recommendations for wide-leg pants?**
- Wide-leg pants look best with longer inseams that skim the top of your shoe. This creates an elegant flow and complements the voluminous nature of the pants.

What is the difference between Tall and Extra Tall?

We recommend tall sizes for women 5'9 to 6'1. Extra Tall (XT) is recommended for women 6'1 to 6'5. Our owner, Jordan, is 6'4 so make sure and check out your social media to see what the clothes look like on her. Also, we include our model heights in the product description below add to cart.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship internationally. We now offer your country currency at checkout as well. Do know that any duties and import taxes your country imposes, will be your responsibility. We can now offer those charges at checkout so that you aren't surprised with duty charges as they enter your country. You can see all charges right at checkout!

What is your domestic return policy?

You can see our full return policy here. You have 30 days to return unworn items with tags on them. We offer free returns on domestic orders for size exchanges and exchanges for store credit. Returns for a full refund are only $9. Items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150. 

What is your international return policy?

Items purchased outside of the United States can be returned, but at the customer's expense (please email us for authorization). returns@elevatedcloset.com "Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How long does domestic shipping take?

Processing time takes 2-3 business days (excluding holidays) and then 2-7 shipping days depending on which shipping service you select at checkout.

Our clothing is specifically designed with longer inseams, sleeve lengths, and body lengths to cater to the unique needs of tall women. We understand the struggles, and our designs aim to provide a comfortable and stylish fit.

How do I care for my clothing to maintain its quality?

Each product comes with care instructions on the label. Generally, we recommend following standard care practices such as gentle washing, avoiding high heat, and using mild detergents to ensure longevity.

Can I expect any shrinkage?

The majority of our clothing items undergo pre-washing/shrinkage control processes, indicating an approximate shrinkage of 2-3%. This detail is available on the respective product page for each item. To reduce shrinkage, we advise washing and air-drying or using the lowest possible heat setting when machine-drying.
