Our Exchange & Return Policy

If any part of your order is defective or damaged upon receipt, contact us within 48 hours. Please be careful using sharp items to open your package to avoid damaging the garments.

USA SHIPPING: Processing takes 2-3 days and approximately 5-7 working days to receive once the package is shipped. We do not ship on weekends, so any orders that are placed on Friday will be shipped out the following Monday-Wednesday (unless there is a holiday). 

USA RETURNS: We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days from the shipping date. You get one free size exchange per item and order. If you still have the wrong size, you will have to email us to request exchange and ship back to us at your cost.  Original shipping costs are non-refundable. "Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return or exchange. **Swimwear must have protective liners & tags in them to be accepted for returns. 

Size Exchanges: FREE
Return for Store Credit: FREE
Return for Refund: $9 fee

 

REFUNDS: Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 7 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Processing takes 2-3 days and 1-4 weeks to receive depending on which service you choose. Any additional taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer.  If you refuse the package based on duty costs and the package is returned to us, the cost will be deducted from your return refund. We do not ship on weekends, so any orders that are placed on Friday will be shipped out the following Monday-Wednesday (unless there is a holiday). Please be aware that The Elevated Closet is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance in the destined country.
