Our Exchange & Return Policy

If any part of your order is defective or damaged upon receipt, contact us within 48 hours. Please be careful using sharp items to open your package to avoid damaging the garments.

USA Shipping Policy:

SHIPPING: Processing takes 2-3 days and approximately 5-7 working days to receive once the package is shipped. We do not ship on weekends, so any orders that are placed on Friday will be shipped out the following Monday-Wednesday (unless there is a holiday). 

RETURNS: We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days from the shipping date. You get one free size exchange per item and order. If you still have the wrong size, you will have to email us to request exchange and ship back to us at your cost.  Original shipping costs are non-refundable. "Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return or exchange. **Swimwear must have protective liners & tags in them to be accepted for returns.

Return for Refund: $9 fee

 

REFUNDS: Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 7 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.

 

INTERNATIONAL Shipping Policy:

We now include import duties into the shipping cost so you won't be surprised by duties as the package enters your country. We do not ship on weekends, so any orders that are placed on Friday after 2pm will be shipped out the following Monday-Wednesday (unless there is a holiday). Please be aware that The Elevated Closet is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance in the destined country.

RETURNS: Items purchased outside of the United States can be returned (we don't offer exchanges at this time), but at the customer's expense (please email us for authorization). Hi Jordan, thanks for joining us today. One of the most important things small businesses can do, in our view, is to serve underserved communities that are ignored by giant corporations who often are just creating mass-market, one-size-fits-all solutions. Talk to us about how you serve an underserved community.

Absolutely, our business serves an underserved community: tall women. Tall women often face significant challenges when it comes to finding clothing that fits properly. Most mainstream brands do not cater to the unique proportions of tall women, leading to frustration and limited choices.

Jordan, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?

I am a 6-foot-4 woman, having reached this impressive height since the age of 13. Embracing my height has not only become an integral part of my identity but has also profoundly shaped who I am today. Undeniably, it wasn’t always easy, especially during my younger years when being tall presented its challenges. I grappled with insecurities, feeling out of place and different from others due to ill-fitting clothes and a sense of not fitting society’s traditional view of femininity.
